Academic Entrepreneurship Incubator of WUST supports academic entrepreneurship by offering a place and space to develop business ideas. Participants of the Incubator have the opportunity to work with coaches, business practitioners and staff of WUST in developing their ideas, and use the infrastructure offered by WUST and the Wroclaw Technology Park. We advise on how to set up and run a business by providing free accounting, legal, marketing and grant consultations. We support technical and technological projects from idea to market introduction. If you don’t have an idea for a business we will help you to create it during our creative and educational classes with external business partners.

Spin-off companies
Instytut Transferu Technologii Sp. z o.o. is a special purpose company of WUST. In its activities, it is primarily engaged in the indirect commercialization of the results of R&D work created at WUST. Indirect commercialization involves the acquisition of shares in spin-off companies in order to implement (or at least – prepare for implementation) the results of scientific research, the results of development work or know-how related to these results. In practice, indirect commercialization consists in the university making a cash contribution or in-kind contribution of intellectual property to a company (already existing or created), in exchange for acquiring shares or stocks in it.
Rental of conference rooms
For researchers looking for a suitable place to hold a meeting with business representatives who can commercially exploit their research results and need their services, we offer the rental of conference rooms at the headquarters of the Center for Innovation and Business and building D-21.
The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and have all the technical facilities needed for a meeting, flip charts and projection on a large screen (78″). They make it possible to conduct discussions and arrangements in a comfortable environment so that participants can focus only on substantive issues. As is well known, a good presentation and presence bring you closer to success.
